How It Works

Registering as a Pollen Pass member with us within three (3) days of item marked as delivered entitles you to the Pollen Protect program.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, Pollen Protect will give you an extra 15 days to make a return request via the button below.

Without Pollen Pass:

Item marked as delivered on 1 January 2022
Without signing up for Pollen Pass, buyer is not eligible for Pollen Protect. This means that buyer cannot make a return request after 15 January 2022

With Pollen Pass:

Item marked as delivered on 1 January 2022
Buyer registers for Pollen Pass before 4 January 2022
As a Pollen Pass member, buyer enjoys Pollen Protect benefits and can make a return request up to 29 January 2022
